Falcons’ Guard Joseph 'Shiva' Ouma is aware of the devastating effects of undermining lesser sides.
The Kenyan international has warned his teammates against complacency when his side takes on Charging Rhinos today at YMCA.
New coach Benard Oluoch has restored confidence that had deserted the team during Sam Obol's scandalous stint.
Falcons come into the game off a loss to Warriors last Friday and will be searching for victory to regain their winning touch.
Victory, though, will be farfetched if complacency isn't ironed out according to Joseph Ouma.
“We should not be complacent. That is my simple warning to my teammates” Ouma said.
“We are facing a lesser Charging Rhinos but believe me small teams are good at causing upsets. I know they (Charging Rhinos) will not give it to us easily but gradually we will take it” Ouma told Kawowo Sports.
Inspirational player Steven Omony is expected to return to the team after injury recovering from the injury that kept him out against Warriors and last game at Afrobasket.
