Promoted sides, Gladiators and Amazon Rhino will be up against league giants A1 Challenge and KCCA Leopards respectively in the National Basketball League at YMCA.
The two sides, Gladiators and Amazon, that earned promotion into the National Basketball League this year have both not recorded a win a feat that may not change when they face off with A1 and defending champions Leopards respectively.
Gladiators (0-2) have shipped in atleast 75 points in the two encounters they have been involved in and against a rejuvenated A1 Challenge, another loss may be on the cards.
A1 (1-1) were edged by KCCA in the season opening game 49-46 but bounced back against Nkumba Lady Marines 58-54 in their last outing and will be seeking to add on to that win.
While Amazon (0-2) have not shipped in as much as Gladiators, they do not stand a chance against the best team in the country, KCCA Leopards that’s looking to stay perfect.
