RWANDA : Espoir keen to extend winning run

National Basketball league leaders Espoir take on newcomers Rusizi on Saturday at Amahoro Indoor Stadium seeking to make it nine wins in ten games.
Espoir, which is top of the table, has only lost one game this season against IPRC Kigali.  Rusizi is in 10th place on national basketball league table with 11 points.
“The players are determined not only to win the match on Saturday, but also the other league games.  Our goal is to go on a winning run to give us a chance at the league title,” Espoir coach Jean Bahufite said.
In other games, UR-Huye will host IPRC-South; IPRC-Kigali will meet 30 Plus BBC at Amahoro while Circle Sportif de Kigali will play UR-CE at Circle Sportif de Kigali
In the women’s basketball league, UR-Huye will take on IPRC-South, The Hoops Rwanda Girls (a select youth U-16 team) will play against Ubumwe at Amahoro indoor stadium.
