Nick Natuhereza’s team not only did the double
over last season’s champions but also beat them77-65 in the final of the
UCU Invitational Open earlier this year.
The Oilers then suffered a 77-72 defeat to the university side in the opening game this season to make it four straight wins.
Today, the two teams meet again in a second round fixture with UCU dreaming of another double.

UCU tuned up for today’s encounter with a straightforward 78- 64 win over the struggling Ndejje University Angels.

Oilers meanwhile, eased their way past Tiger Head Power with a 73-66 victory to move to 13-2 this season.
