ANGOLA : Libolo Defeat Petro and Consolidate Leadership
Recreativo do Libolo crushed Petro de Luanda by 121-90, last Tuesday
at Cidadela pavilion, in Luanda, in the main game of the second round of
the third leg of the final phase of the National Senior Male Basketball
Championship (Bai-Basket).
By half time the Libolo team were already in advantage of six points (57-51).
For the same round, 1º de Agosto defeated Interclube by 89-69 at Victorino Cunha pavilion.
With this result, Recreativo do Libolo now haves 15 points in the leadership and are closer to conquering the title. 1º de Agosto come second with 13 points, followed by Petro de Luanda with 11 points, while Interclube stand in the last position with nine points.
