Since their promotion to the top tier of local basketball six years ago, UCU Canons have made the semifinals on all but one occasion.
That was in 2009 when they fell as low as fighting relegation for most of the season. In all, they are quite a settled outfit and a certainty for playoffs, with semifinal defeats the furthest they have ever gone.
They are still to make the finals. Their history will be greatly challenged. Down 0-1, UCU face record champions Falcons at YMCA court knowing that only victory will save their season
