KENYA : Supersports to Beam Live the National Play-Off Finals
Kenya Basketball Federation (KBF) fixtures secretary, Joseph Amoko, said the men and women's Premier League as well as the division one matches will all be aired live.
The programme will start off with the Premiership quarter-finals and then semis before featuring the lower tier. Amoko said the only women's match to be beamed live will be one quarter-final.
The last league match of the season will be played on October 27 with the play-off set to tip off November 1. "We have only a few matches left to play before the end of the regular season. The lower division matches will come to an end this weekend," said Amoko.
Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) took over the top for the first time. The porters have 36 points from 20 games, early pace setters Thunder are second on 36 from 21 games, Strathmore University are third on 34 points from 20 and champions Co-op Bank fourth on 34 points from 20 ties.
Defending women champions Eagle Wings top the category with 40 points from 21 matches, Strathmore are on 38 points from 22 matches while KPA have 37 points from 20.
Equity Bank have finished their fixtures and top the lower division with 41 points from 22 matches. Strathmore University are second on 37 points from similar matches while Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) and Umoja tie in third place with 35 points apiece.
