KENYA : Shitsama exudes confidence as KCB travels to Western

Morris Shitsama the Kenya Commercial Bank ‘Lions’ coach is confident that his team will win their league fixtures on travel this weekend when they head to Kakamega for a Masinde Muliro University face off and later on Sunday against Kisumu based Lakeside.
Speaking to michezoafrika.com, Shitsama pointed out that his aim is to finish the 2nd leg just as they did in the first, unbeaten, “We managed to go unbeaten in the 1st leg and according to my plans we want to do the same in the 2nd leg. This will give us the best confidence ahead of the play-offs.”
KCB arch rivals who are also the reigning champions played MMUST and Lakeside last weekend and won both matches.Shitsama acknowledges that indeed Coop bank are in good form and they will have to approach them cautiously when that time arrives.
“Co-op Bank are now ahead of us with a game in a hand considering their wins last weekend in Western, what we are looking for is to pile the pressure on them. Since they beat us in the Tom Munyama tournament they have been unstoppable but I am hopeful we shall be the team to stop them.”
KCB will play Co-op Bank next weekend in what will decide who tops the KBF Premier League log before play offs.
