KENYA : KCB and KPA in regional basketball action today

Regional basketball defending champions Kenya Ports Authority (women) will commence their title defense campaign this afternoon when they play Jeshi from Tanzania at 2:00PM in Kampala at the ongoing Zone 5 Basketball challenge.
KPA who won the title last year in Dare salaam Tanzania arrived in Kampala on Saturday and they are tipped as favorites though they will face stiff competition from 2010 champions Eagle Wings who had a positive start with a 75-64 win over Uganda Christian University in their opening match on Monday evening.
The winner of the competition will represent Zone 5 at the FIBA club championships later in the year.
