Warriors torched Vegetarian 99-44.Center, Micheal Kariuki put up game high 25 points and grabbed 15 rebounds.
However the big man continued to struggle on the line as he shot 4-for-12 from the free throw line. Austin Marual, Brian Gumisiriza and Syrus Kiviri added 10 points each for the league leaders. After sitting out much of the first round with an ankle problem, Ivan Enabu returned on the Warriors’ team.
The point guard came off the bench scored 9 points, handed out 6 assists and swiped 4 steals in the 20 minutes on the floor. Vinnie Jurua led Vegetarians (2-10) with 12 points and Lawrence Waligo added 10.
Meanwhile Giant Stormers edged Rez Life Saints 50-47 to complete a double on fellow new comers.

Saints’ poor shooting continued as they went 20-for-64 from the field.
In the women’s division, Ruth Nakitto and Zaina Lokwameri combined for 45 points to pace Nabisunsa to a 64-40 win over fellow high scholars Crane High.
