Donald Ssali (8 points) and Crispin Biko (14) missed two relatively easy lay-ups late in the fourth quarter as Ndejje Univesrity Angels lost 60-70 to Kyambogo Warriors at YMCA court, Wandegeya on Wednesday night.
Ndejje coach failed to live up to his pre-game taunts as his lost for the first time this season.
“I think we were just naive and lacking in experience to do the right things,” Obedi told Daily Monitor in his post-mortem.
Markmot Orom continued to carry Warriors’ cross with 22 points.
