Zone IV Cup –Central Africa beat Congo 101 – 65 and clinch ist third straight win
The national men team of Central Africa recorded its third straight win of the zone IV Nations Cup after beating Congo 101 - 65 in the day 3 played in Bangui, Central Africa.
The best scorer of the game was Kouba of Congo with 23 points followed by his teammate, Assoua who poured 20 points.
Kouguere led the Central Africa’s side with 20 points while Kodjo and Bomayako poured respectively 18 points and 15 points.
With this win, Central Africa led the competition with 6 points by DR Congo with 3 points while Congo ranked third with 3 points.
Today, D R Congo will face Congo in the second leg.
This Zone IV Nations Cup as part of zone IV qualifiers to the Africa Nations Championship for men to be played in Libya in August.
