Victoria of DR Congo finished their group games by posting today their sole win against KCC of Uganda61-57 in a closely fought pool B tie, played at the Nyayo national stadium gymnasium in Nairobi, Kenya.
KCC were down in the opening three quarters with a 12-16, 15-17, 23-17 margins while charged back to take the last 11-7.
Mikeno Ngono exploded for game high 24 while Kalanga Tshinyanga collected 12 for the DR Congo's side. KCC who ended their preliminary round matches without a win, had 22 from Miriam Hamala and 12 each from Berky Akulo and Annete Ntabui.
