14th Champions Cup for women: APR secured its second win after beating Victoria 69 - 57

APR of Rwanda won its second victory toady after beating Victoria Club of DR Congo 69 - 57 in the Group B game counting for Day 4 of the 14th Champions Cup for women at the Nyayo national stadium gymnasium.
APR wont he two first quarters (23 – 13 and 17 - 11) but the third ended with equality between APR and Victoria (13 – 13). Victoria won the last quarter 20 – 16.
Ndaya Muleka of APR scored the high game 24 points while her teammates Muhongerwa Jocelyn and Inanishimwe Claudette poured 13 points each.
Victoria’s side, Kalanga Tshinyangu scored 23 points followed by Mikeno Ngono who poured 16 points.
APR captured its second victory in row and recorded two defeats while Victoria, after four games, still looking for a first win.
