TANZANIA : IST determined to win regional basketball title

The International School of Tanganyika (IST) basketball coach, Bahati Mgunda, has boasted that his team would win this year`s East and Central Africa girls` title.
The regional international schools` championships will be held in Dar es Salaam on March 6 and 8.
Mgunda said he had prepared his team very well to make sure that the girls` title remains in Tanzania.
He said the championships would attract men`s and girls` teams in the region.
The teams will come from Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, South Africa, Zimbabwe and hosts IST.
