Basketball in Africa

The African cup champions clubs in basketball, scheduled for November 23 and December 02 this year, in Luanda, has been postponed for mid December, due to organisational reasons, ANGOP has learnt.

This is due to the fact that some countries will only know their representatives to this competition today, on Tuesday said the Angolan Basketball Federation secretary-general, Antonio Sofrimento.

Thus, the championship will take place on December 13-22, this year, with the participation of Petro de Luanda (title holders) and 1º de Agosto, both of Angola.
