ANGOLA 2007 : Rwanda surprised self, beat DR Congo 89-87 on O/T
The match had ended at 77 points apiece at the end of forty minutes with the Rwandans taking the initiative to carry the day pouring in 12 points to 10 for the DR Congo.

Senegal out-dunks South Africa by 99-76 points to set up a classification 9-12 position against Rwanda.
The Senegalese Lions managed a one point lead over the South Africans in the first quarter but extend the lead in the second quarter by 9 points of 24-14 points for an halftime score-line of 51-42 points.
It added two more points’ margin in the third quarter which ended 19-17 points before taking an unassailable lead in the last quarter (29-17) to take the match out of the reach of its opponent for cumulative scores of 99-76 points.
Other classification matches billed for Wednesday in Benguela includes the one between Liberia versus Mozambique, South Africa against DR Congo, Morocco to take on Mali while Senegal battles Rwanda.
In Luanda, Nigeria and Central Africa Republic will square up against each other in placement 5-8 position while Tunisia will engage Cote d’Ivoire in the other battle to escape playing qualifiers for the next edition billed for Nigeria in 2009.
