NIGERIA : Bullets on top

Defending champion of the Lagos City League, Kennys' Bullets basketball club has showed that its victory in 2006 was not a fluke as it records it third straight win Wednesday after seeing off Whales basketball club by 63-50 points in an exciting macth.

The Lateef Folami tutored side who last weekend posting a wonderful performance against Sea Rovers (56-29) and Warriors Academy (73-63) was a delight to watch any day.
The Bullets parades some tested hands in the Nigeria basketball, such as senior national team captain to the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games
Abdulrahman Mohammed who is a great inspiration to the team, his Melbourne Commonwealth Games teammate, Baba Jibril, Junior National team invitee, Michael Ohiero who is happy to be back playing among other top players.
With mixture of experience and crop of daring young players the Bullets team have vowed to make it to the playoff stage inspite of the presence of four premier league teams (Union Bank, Dodan warriors, Islanders and Comets) in the league.
The Bullets will take on Warriors Kadetts on Saturday and have resolved to also add the Obalende based junior Dodan team to their prey.
