UGANDA : FUBA call off assembly
FEDERATION of Uganda Basketball Associations (FUBA) has called off its general assembly that was meant to take place on November 26 at Lugogo.
According to a FUBA official who refused to be named, the assembly will now take place early next year.
It is the second time the assembly is being postponed, the first being last weekend. The decision is however expected not to go down well with individuals who were already warming up to contest for some of the posts.
However other sources say John Ssimbwa still wants to stay in office as FUBA boss and is only buying time.
