Ben Oluoch scored season high 43 points as he guided Runda to a 82-55 win over Team Jam in Game One of the Nairobi Basketball Association (NBA) Play Off match at the Nyayo National Stadium gymnasium.

Oluoch, named to the provisional national team a few days ago, was in top shape, tearing into the Team Jam defence at will. Calvin Onyango scored 12 points for the losers.

Blazers hit Outsidaz 67-50 behind 21 points from Calvin Onyango. Peter Gathungu had 14 for Outsidaz.

Kenya Polytechnic hit Old Pirates 54-42 as Lameck Onyancha had 19 points. Yusuf Ramadhan hit 18 points, including the game-clincher as Africa Nazarene University beat Langata Crusaders 63-62 in overtime.

Reuben Ndege had 18 for LC. In the women’s matches, Strathmore University nipped Nairobi Pentecostal Church

28-27 as Lucy Apondi nailed 11 points.

Janet Musembi scored eight for NPC. Kenyatta University Oryx had 15 points from Hellen Ochuot as they pipped Mennonites 48-46.

The losers had 13 from Florence Mbithe.
