ANGOLA : National Junior Team Start Victorious
Angola´s junior basketball team defeated Kenya last Sunday, by 86-42, at the first round match of the African Junior Basketball Championship, taking place in Durban, South Africa from July 28 to August 6.
The victory was considered very important by the team´s coach, Manuel Sousa "Necas", since it happened before this Monday´s game against the title holders, Nigeria.
Manuel Sousa "Necas" recognises the match will be difficult, due to the physical superiority of the opponents. However, he assured that the team will play with confidence aiming for a good result.
