NIGERIA : Potters, Peaks qualify for Vmobnile B/ball final

Kaduna — Niger Potters and Plateau Peaks have clinched the tickets to play in the final of the Vmobile Premier Basketball League.
The Potters’ boys, won all their three games to guarantee easy and quick passage into the eagerly awaited dunk slam final against Peaks, whose only loss was against Niger Potters.
Potters, who look good for the top crown, secured maximum points after beating the Savannah Conference regular leaders 78-56.
Like in Lagos, where Atlantic Conference leagues, Union Bank were ousted, Kano Pillars suffered a similar fate in Kaduna, losing their first match against Peals, 72-86, an outcome which proved to be crucial in deciding the fate of Union Bank and end their dream of playing in the final of the Vmobile Basketball league. So, all is set for the finals running from July 28-30 between Potters and Peak, at Lagos, as both sides battle for the ultimate basketball trophy in the land.
