Eric Malinga stole the show for Falcons on Sunday as they pulled away in the last minute for a 76-70 triumph over Charging Rhinos.

Malinga scored 19 points and hauled down 10 rebounds as Falcons posted their seventh straight MTN basketball league win and climbed top of the Yello Max Conference table with 15 points from eight games.

Rhinos took a 56-49 lead in the third quarter which they hung onto for much of the fourth quarter, but Falcons erased the seven-point deficit closing the game with a 27-14 run.

Diego Angemi had 16 points and Alex Ochola added 10 for Rhinos who dropped to their third loss in eight games.
