FIBA AFRICA : U18 - 4 countries automatically qualified
The Africa Nations Championship U18 for Men will be held from 18th July until 6th August 2006 in Durban (South Africa). Four (04) countries from the 12 expected to take part in this competition are already qualified. They are the best placed teams of the last edition held in 2002. These are: South Africa, Nigeria, Angola and Mali.
