THE national Schools basket ball qualifying tournament for Northern Uganda will be held in Gulu.

The qualifiers that will involve schools from Gulu, Kitgum, Pader, Lira and Apac will begin on April 1.

According to the coordinator Mr. Silver Obol of the Uganda National Schools Basketball Association, the game has been scheduled to take place at the Kaunda grounds in Gulu Municipality.

Obol added that teams or individual participants who will be indisciplined or will violate the regulations will be disqualified and suspended for three years.

"A team is not expected to field more than two foreign players. All players should be from the district where the team comes from and students who sat for senior four national examinations and senior six national examinations are not allowed to participate," he said.
