The visiting basketball champions of Sierra Leone The visiting basketball champions of Sierra Leone Young Sportsman Club(YSC)on Friday March 24 lost to one time Liberia Champions Mighty Barrolle 69-63 points in their first match in a one week Peace and Reconciliation Basketball Tournament organized by the Liberia Basketball Federation(LBF). Mamoud Lahai scored the highest points for YSC. He scored 16 points while Alaric Richards scored 17 points for Mighty Barrolle. On March 25, YSC went down to Invincible Eleven 76=65 points. Octavius Jackson netted in 14 points for YSC while Armah Bakana scored 21 points for the home team. NPA Pythons got their share of the visitors when she whipped YSC 86-66 points on March 26. The tournament will take a break today and resume tomorrow March 28 with the visitors taking on Uhuru Kings.
