Luanda — Petro de Luanda beat 1º de Agosto last Thursday by 95-93, in Luanda's Cidadela pavilion, in the closing game of the second leg of the final stage of the Senior Males National Basketball Championship (Bai-Basket).
By half time, 1º de Agosto were winning the game by 49-44.
For the same round, Recreativo do Libolo beat Interclube, in Luanda's 28 de Fevereiro pavilion, by 84-78.
With this result, Recreativo do Libolo take the lead of the final stage tournament with 11 points, followed by 1º de Agosto with 10.
Petro de Luanda occupy the third position with eight with 8 points, whereas Interclube come last with 7 points.
The highlight of the next round (first round of the third leg), scheduled for Saturday, goes to the encounter between Recreativo do Libolo and 1º de Agosto, in Luanda's Dream Space pavilion.
The other game will be between Interclube and Petro de Luanda, in 28 de Fevereiro pavilion.
