KENYA : KPA through to KBF Finals


Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) became the first team to qualify for the finals of the men’s Kenya basketball Premier league finals after winning three of the best of five semi final matches at the Moi Sports Center Kasarani.
KPA, edged out former champions Ulinzi Warriors in the first three matches, winning 80-65, 83-68 and 91-82.
The Anthony Ojukwu led team from Mombasa will now face the winner between Coop Bank and USIU in the finals to be played at Kasarani starting 21st November.
In their third win played on Friday night, Danson Ngatia was the main destroyer for the Lions with 29 points. Ancet Wafula and Roy Kahure each garnered 23 points for the Lions.
