ANGOLA : Angola Win Under 16 Afrobasket Championship
Luanda — The Angolan under 16 males basketball team conquered on Sunday the Africa Cup of Nations (Afrobasket2013) of this category, after defeating Egypt 75-66 in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
According to Radio 5 sports station, with this victory, the national squad will be illegible to represent the African continent in the under 17 world championship, in 2014, to happen in the United Arab Emirates.
To reach the final Angolans defeated Tunisia 72-59, while the Egyptians beat the host team (Madagascar) 107-63
