SWAZILAND : Basketball League resumes Saturday

MBABANE – There will be games galore at Mavuso Sports Centre on Saturday as the Swaziland National Basketball Association (SNBA) League games resume.

The league games took a break last weekend.
SNBA League Coordinator Naboth Phebeni said there were over 10 games to be played on the day. The first game is scheduled for 9am and the last one for 8pm.

He said the game will be for all three categories: Women’s League, Men’s A league and Men’s B league.
The women’s league will open the games on Saturday with second placed Phoenix against Super ladies who are at the bottom of the log without a point at 9am followed by log leaders Lady Jazz up against third placed Mbabane Raptors at 10am.
In the Men’s A league Bosco Steels who are at the summit of the log will cross swords against sixth placed Manzini Superstars at 6pm.
In the Men’s B league, log leaders Stoke City will be up against fifth placed Griffins at 3pm while second placed Manzini Raiders will face third placed Mhlume Cats at 3pm.
Phebeni urged all basketball lovers to come and support the games the thrilling games.
