KENYA : Hilda Indasi to feature for KPA in Kampala

Kenya basketball Premier League top player Hilda Indasi has rejoined her former team KPA and will be part of the squad that plays Jeshi Stars from Tanzania later this afternoon at the ongoing regional basketball championships in Kampala. KPA are the current regional basketball defending champions after winning the last edition held in Dare salaam last year.
Hilda guided KPA to winning the 2011 KBF title but has since shifted her services to her school USIU.At USIU, Hilda’s combination with Sarah Chan and other top players in the Flames side has ensured the team goes unbeaten as they currently lead the KBF league table (women) and are among the hot favorites for this year’s title.
KPA plays Jeshi Stars later this afternoon at 2:00PM.Other Kenyan teams taking part in the competition include the 2010 champions of the title Eagle Wings and KCB Lions in the men’s category. Cooperative bank did not travel.
