KENYA : KCA dislodged from the top

After the weekend round of matches in the KBF league Kenya College of Accountancy found itself dislodged from the top of Division One league after they were handed a 60-49 defeat by Nakuru Club.
This puts the Rift Valley representatives at the helm with 17 points from 9 matches having lost only 1 of their fixtures this far. KCA are now placed second on the log with 15 points after 8 matches. Nairobi Aviation another student side follows at position 3 with 13 points from 7 matches.
Umoja, KAA and Parkland Baptist occupy position 4, 5 and 6 respectively with Umoja and KAA also having 13 points after both winning 5 matches and losing 3. Parkland Baptist has 12 points from 8 matches.
In the second half of the standings EMYBA, Trailblazers and World Hope share 10 points with all three teams losing 6 matches and only managing 2 wins.They are at position 7, 8 and 9 respectively. High school students Upper Hill are at position 10 with 9 points having the same number of points as the African Nazarene University who follow them at position 11 but have played 9 matches compared to Upper Hill’s 6 matches.

Thika Road based Kenyatta University ‘Pirates’ close the Division One standings managing only 4 points from the 4 matches they have played The Pirates are yet to win a single match.
